The design for this commercial development had to create a transition between the established commercial precinct of Mooloolaba and the surrounding residential area.

CORE Architecture achieved this by striking a balance between the two – a composition of different external finishes, skillion roofs and setback from the street edge to allow for landscaping and pedestrian movement.

Retaining two existing trees and planting mature Pandanus trees ensured the character of this coastal community was maintained.
