This mixed use commercial and retail development is the last stage in the existing Medical and Commercial development in Birkdale for our client.
Included in the development is a veterinarian, space for a mini major, restaurant and retail tenancy offerings and a second level of commercial tenancies.
All servicing requirements are accommodated, ample car parking is provided with the masterplan including a connection to the existing stages of the Birkdale development.
The project is currently in documentation with an anticipated opening in August 2012.
