Forming a highly visible gateway to the Southport hospital precinct is Premion Place – 13,000sqm of GFA over 10 levels designed specifically for accommodating health and medical-allied tenancies.
The podium level of this development contains retail outlets and a café facing an open arcade. The top levels are dedicated to commercial lettable floor space, and feature full height glazing.
The building's design includes a fire-engineered solution which removed the need for both pressurized stairs and fire rated up stands.
The design was completed in close negotiation with the Gold Coast City Council's Urban Design Team.
