A modest building sited within native vegetation on a lakes edge, the Capital Programs and Operations Building was designed to ensure minimal impact to the sensitive landscape on which it sits.

The northern aspect of the building enhances the pleasurable entry experience to this simple structure, linking then directly with a timber boardwalk that wraps around part of the lagoon.

Other design features include wide roof overhangs and lightweight window hoods for passive solar control.
