Caroline Treacy, Ken Down and Jonathan Briggs are the Directors of the company, each providing experienced direction, client contact and operational input to projects within the offices.

Jonathan Briggs as well as being a Project Architect on many of CORE's many and varied projects, is responsible for technology and infrastructure.

As a Director for many years, the focus on technology has enabled the company to be at the forefront of the industry, providing the right systems, the right solutions, the right backup and the right output to suit clients’ project goals with maximum quality and minimum fuss.

CORE Architecture with their high commitment to Computer Technology produce all forms of documentation (both design and contract) in various innovative forms. Jonathan has integrated our architecture into our computer systems through various software programmes including Revit, CAD and in house database modules for project management and contract administration.

Caroline Treacy is the key contact for finance, human resources and general company management. She draws on 20 years of professional practice in architectural companies, and a diverse project experience throughout Queensland.

Caroline manages each task with an innovative approach to problem solving. She seeks to fully understand clients’ requirements and the approach most suitable for the parameters of their development, and ensure that CORE Architecture is focussed and aligned to clients’ specific needs.

Caroline’s liaison and administration skills help her achieve quality results within difficult and varying parameters.

Ken Down is the energy of CORE Marketing and Sales.He constantly promotes the qualities of quality Architecture and the absolute necessity to achieve needs that satisfy every client to their perfect balance between time, quality and cost.

Ken is always available for discussion on any range of development and design category topics.

His love for Architecture is infectious with expertise and ability to motivate all towards the achievement of a work/life balance is also one of the many inspirational facets to CORE Architecture.
