CORE Architecture originated from the consolidation of Briggs Patterson Buhr Architects Pty Ltd and Ken Down Architects Pty Ltd as of 1st July 2007. The company now has offices in Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Hervey Bay. CORE Architecture was established to provide the skills, experience, efficiencies and design-focus that provide the CLARITY, OPENNESS, RESPONSIVENESS & EXPERIENCE, for our clients. Our strategic plan incorporates a commitment to servicing our clients with best industry practice. CORE Architecture Pty Ltd holds a Quality Assurance Certificate No. 2150 for servicing to the Queensland Government. This certificate has been in place since 1995 and over that period we have been audited successfully by Auditors from the Queensland Government and Consultants in the private sector.CORE Architecture Pty Ltd has a PQC rating of 3 with Project Services (Queensland Government). Caroline Treacy is the General Manager of the company. Fellow Directors are Jonathan Briggs and Ken Down. With a personnel capacity of approximately 50 staff, CORE Architecture has the resources to deliver projects - on time and on budget.
