Conceived as a modern interpretation of the ‘beach house’, this Coolum residence was designed with a sophisticated edge that has the capacity to accommodate two individual living spaces.

Large timber members are used to provide detail and warmth to the façade, and timber finishes are also repeated inside for the stairs, screens, rails and other details.

Substantial glazing to the living areas allows for the appreciation of the extensive ocean views, as well as taking advantage of the sea breezes.
